UK Delivery:

  • Free UK delivery on all orders over £25.00
  • UK standard delivery via Royal Mail £3.99 on orders under £20.00
  • All items will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment.
  • Delivery time within 3 - 5 working days. 
  • Your order will be delivered between 8 am - 6 pm and a signature may be required on receipt. 

International Delivery:

  • Non UK orders cost £8.99 per delivery
  • All items will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment.
  • Delivery within 5 - 9 working days (depending on your local postal service).
  • Orders outside the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed for Service

Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not happy with any of your item (s) you can return them to YorHerbalist

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item (s) to return your item (s)
  • This applies to both full price and sale items.
  • YorHerbalist can not accept or refund items that have been used or damage by you. 
  • Please return all item (s) with the original packing.
  • YorHerbalist can not refund postage costs.
  • Proof of postage should be retained until your refund has been processed.
  • Any refund It will be processed within 10 working days. 

Refund if used a Gift Voucher for your order : 

As soon as YorHerbalist receive your return item(s) we will make sure to send a replacement Gift Voucher to the email address registered on your account within 7-10 working days. This can be used to purchase online at YorHerbalist.
